Off Hwy 290 in the Houston/Cypress area, there's a blackberry patch waiting just for you! They may offer you some jelly making tips and secrets.

Any day of the week will do, as the farm is open the entire month long harvest season. Blackberry crops last only for about a month beginning around the middle of May to the middle of June.
